Amman: The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor (Euro-Med Monitor) Sunday said the Israeli army “systematically” targeted programmers and IT specialists amid an ongoing onslaught against the embattled enclave.

According to a statement, Euro-Med Monitor highlighted that the Israeli army “targets and kills people with minds and expertise,” especially workers in IT, programming and computer engineering.
