Riyadh: The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture on Monday launched a new service for issuing licenses for agricultural, animal, and fishery activities. The initiative will enable individuals, businesses, and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to engage in such activities in a regulated and effective manner.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the new service allows beneficiaries to obtain licenses electronically through the Naama portal, the ministry noted. It facilitates procedures and enhances the efficiency of services provided in the agricultural, fishery, and animal sectors, in accordance with approved regulations.

The activities covered by this service include various agricultural endeavors, livestock projects, and activities related to fishery resources, all aimed at supporting the developmental sector and achieving sustainability goals.

The ministry encourages beneficiaries to visit the Naama portal to take advantage of the service and easily obtain the required licenses at https://naama.sa/Services.
