Osaka: The Environment Fund took part in Expo 2025 Osaka as part of the Saudi delegation, showcasing its support for the Kingdom's environmental sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during an event held on the sidelines of the expo, the fund introduced its environmental programs and highlighted available investment opportunities in the sector. It also sought to attract private sector partnerships for priority projects in waste management, pollution control, biodiversity and wildlife conservation, vegetation protection, and combating desertification.
The fund's investment portfolio, guided by environmental, social, and corporate governance practices, has reached SAR6.7 billion, recording a year-on-year growth of 7.9% in 2024. This reflects the potential for value creation and expanding investment in the green economy.
