The initiative includes pumping EGP 3.5 billion to reach a total of EGP 13.5 billion by the end of 2020/2021 directed to the infrastructure, sanitation, providing water, providing health units, cultural center and youth centers.
The state seeks to improve the living conditions of citizens through reducing number of students in one class, providing better health care services, and creating decent jobs, she said.
She added that the government, the private sector, the civil society and Tahya Misr Fund are all engaged in implementing this initiative.
