Egyptian FM to attend G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting, Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shokry headed Tuesday to India to attend the G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting scheduled for March 1-2 in New Delhi as a guest.

The Egyptian minister will attend two sessions that will discuss food security, energy, multilateral work, developmental work, combating terrorism, global map of skills, and humanitarian aid in time of disasters.

The minister will also hold a number of bilateral meetings on the sidelines. That is in addition to attending the Raisina Dialogue scheduled for March 2-4 as he will be a speaker at a session on climate change and fair transition, and another entitled “From the Mediterranean to the Arabian Sea: A Region of Opportunities.”
