Egypt’s Ambassador in Brussels Badr Abdel Aati asserted the importance of partnership relations between Egypt and the European Union (EU).

This came during meetings held by Abdel Aati with a number of senior officials in the European Commission.

On its Facebook page, the Foreign Ministry said on Sunday that the meetings focused on means to boost cooperation in the different domains of mutual interest.

The meetings tackled the importance of boosting economic and trade cooperation in addition to attracting more European companies to the Egyptian market especially in light of the huge opportunities provided in the fields of green hydrogen, exporting liquefied gas, infrastructure, digitization, green transition, smart moving and artificial intelligence.
