Riyadh: Egypt has strongly condemned Israel's irresponsible and entirely unacceptable statements that incite against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and call for the establishment of a Palestinian state on the Kingdom's territory.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt reiterated its categorical rejection of these reckless remarks that undermine the Kingdom's security and sovereignty. It stressed that the security and sovereignty of Saudi Arabia are a red line that Egypt will not allow to be crossed, emphasizing that the Kingdom's stability and security are integral to the security and stability of Egypt and Arab nations.
Egypt further underlined that these Israeli statements against Saudi Arabia constitute an outrageous violation of established diplomatic norms and an infringement on the Kingdom's sovereignty, as well as on the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on their full national territory in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem, based on the pre-1967 borders.
Egypt also underscored its full support for the Kingdom against these statements, calling on the international community to explicitly condemn them.
