President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed on Saturday Egypt’s keenness on boosting regional and international cooperation to achieve industrial integration with international development partners.
Such integration could help achieve Egypt Vision 2030’s sustainable development goals, President Sisi said in a speech read out by Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea in the third session of the virtual Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit.
The summit is hosted by the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
It brings together around 100 senior officials from all over the world along with UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, and UNIDO Director-General LI Yong.
Gamea highlighted Egypt’s efforts aimed at reinforcing industrial cooperation with the African countries to conduct joint development and logistics projects.
