Egypt extends condolences to Libyan people over deadly fuel truck blast

Egypt has extended condolences to the Libyan people over a deadly fuel truck explosion in Libya that took place on Monday.

In a statement, the Egyptian Foreign Minister said it wishes a speedy recovery for the injured people.

Egypt is following up the repercussions of the unfortunate incident that took place in the sisterly Libya, which have killed and injured a number of people, the ministry said.

At least six people were killed and 70 others were injured when a fuel truck exploded in Sebha city in southern Libya, according to the Libyan Ministry of Health on Monday.

The injured, some of whom had critical injuries were moved to hospitals in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, the ministry said.
