Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Europe Ehab Nasr received Monday an Estonian diplomatic delegation to discuss bilateral relations as well as international and regional issues of joint concern.

The parties expressed desire to extend the existing cooperation in the ICT sector to others such as tertiary education and agriculture.

In another context, the Estonian delegation presented its vision on the impact of the Russia-Ukraine War on Europe. The delegation also showed understanding of the economic repercussions of the crisis on the Middle East, North Africa, and Egypt.

The parties signed an MoU exempting holders of diplomatic passports from both countries of obtaining entry visas. They also agreed on continuing the dialogue on bilateral ties, and exchanging views on affairs of mutual interest.
