Riyadh: Egypt has strongly condemned the heinous attempt to target Makkah, describing it as a flagrant violation of the sanctity of religious holy sites.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt emphasized that such attacks contravene Islamic values and constitute a clear violation of the rules and provisions of international law.
Egypt affirmed its absolute rejection of any actions or conduct that threaten Saudi Arabia's security, viewing the Kingdom's security as an integral part of Arab national security and closely linked to Egyptian national security. It underscored its support for the Kingdom regarding any measures it takes to safeguard its sovereignty and the security of its territory and citizens.
