Egypt seized the first place in the 16th Arab Shooting Championship that was held in the New Administrative Capital.
Egyptian shooters won 17 medals: seven golds, five silvers and five bronzes.
A total of 12 Arab countries took part in the competition: Bahrain, Iraq, Yemen, Tunisia, Oman, Libya, Syria, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Sudan in addition to hosts Egypt.
