Riyadh: With the arrival of mild weather, Eastern Region is welcoming citizens, residents, and visitors to enjoy quality time across more than 979 public parks, 18 recreational areas, 14 waterfront areas and beaches, and 213 walking trails.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Eastern Region Municipality reported that these facilities, distributed across the region's cities and governorates, include recreational areas for children and adults, various sports courts, fitness walking tracks, and fully integrated service facilities.
The municipality confirmed that maintenance teams have intensified their efforts across parks, green spaces, children's playgrounds, sports equipment, pedestrian walkways, lighting poles, public restrooms, and seating areas.
