Dammam: The Eastern Province Municipality is launching a number of events on the occasion of Eid al-Adha 1446 AH, as part of its efforts to strengthen community ties and enrich the entertainment and cultural experience of residents and visitors to the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the activities launched by the Municipality vary in a number of open locations and public facilities, allowing residents to enjoy the Eid atmosphere amid activities suitable for all family members.
In Dammam, the Municipality is organizing the "Families' Celebration of Eid al-Adha" event in Al-Mayadeen Park, during the second and third days of Eid, from 4 pm to 12 am. The event includes artistic and heritage performances, most notably the Saudi Ardha, in addition to carnival and roaming circus shows, interactive corners for children, shopping and photography corners, and gift distribution to visitors.
In Khobar Governorate, celebrations will be held on the first day of Eid through two heritage events. The first will be held at the Corniche Square from 4:30 pm to 9 pm, and the second at Al-Ardah Square at the same time. Both events feature the Saudi Ardah, which expresses joy and constitutes an integral part of the national cultural heritage.
In Ras Tanura Governorate, the "Our Eid Brings Us Together" event will be held at the Cultural Center on the second and third days of Eid, from 4 pm to 11 pm. The event includes a range of family and entertainment segments, including children's games, productive family corners, and the Saudi Ardah.
These events come within the framework of the Municipality's strategy aimed at activating national occasions and holidays through initiatives that enhance community interaction, support quality of life, and contribute to stimulating tourism and economic activity in the region, reflecting the developmental and cultural progress witnessed by the cities and governorates of the Eastern Province.
