Islamabad: An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale was felt today in Islamabad, Attock, and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the epicenter was in Afghanistan's Hindu Kush region at a depth of 230 kilometers. Tremors were also reported in Peshawar, Mardan, and other areas.
No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
