Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are forecast to affect parts of Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, and Riyadh regions, as well as parts of Najran and Eastern regions. The weather conditions are expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a chance of rain showers in the northern areas of the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will vary from northeasterly to southeasterly in the northern and central parts, and from southerly to southeasterly in the southern part. Wind speeds are anticipated to range between 18-55 km/h, with waves reaching from half a meter to two and a half meters, making the sea conditions calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly to westerly winds are expected at speeds of 20-52 km/h. The wave height is predicted to be between one and a half meters and over two and a half meters, resulting in choppy sea conditions.
