Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are expected to affect several regions in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, impacting areas such as Madinah, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, and Riyadh. Light to moderate rainfall is anticipated in the Northern Borders and Eastern regions, with light rain potentially affecting Madinah, Makkah, Al-Baha, and Aseer. Additionally, fog formation is possible in these areas.
According to Saudi Press Agency, wind conditions over the Red Sea will vary, with northwesterly to northeasterly winds in the northern and central parts reaching speeds of 20-50 km/h, and southwesterly to southeasterly winds in the southern part at 12-50 km/h. Sea conditions will range from calm to choppy, with waves fluctuating between half a meter to over two meters.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will initially be southerly to southeasterly at speeds of 20-48 km/h, shifting in the evening to northwesterly over the northern part at 15-30 km/h, and southwesterly to southeasterly over the central and southern parts at 10-28 km/h. The sea is expected to remain calm to choppy, with wave heights between half a meter and two meters.
