Doha, August 15 (QNA) – The 8th edition of Back2Business 2012, a business-networking event launched by the German Business Council Qatar (GBCQ) in 2004, will be held on October 3 at Grant Hyatt Hotel. The event will give an opportunity for local and international business leaders and decision makers to come together in an informal business networking platform and review the marketplace for the coming year.
More than 1,000 people are expected to attend the 2012 event which is organized by seven major business councils operating in Qatar. Return to business together with the Italian, Dutch, German, Australian-New Zealand, British, Spanish and Scandinavian Business Councils in Qatar.
As a result of their teamwork, over 220 businessmen gathered for networking on September 15, 2008 at the Sheraton Hotel and since then every year the number of participants has duplicated reaching almost 800 people in the 2011 edition at the Sharq Village and Spa Hotel. The current Organising Committee is formed by: Australian-New Zealand (ANZBIQ), British (QFFB), Dutch (DBCQ), German (GBCQ), Italian (IBCQ) Scandinavian Business Council (SBCQ) and Spanish (SBC) for an utmost successful networking event.
