Jeddah: Acting Director General of Passports Major General Dr. Saleh Al-Murabba conducted an inspection tour of the passport services at Jeddah Islamic Port to evaluate the services provided to pilgrims and streamline entry procedures for a smoother and more efficient experience.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, Major General Al-Murabba urged port employees to deliver services with distinction and to strive to offer the highest standard of care to pilgrims. The inspection is part of a series of ongoing tours aimed at ensuring that land, sea, and air ports are fully prepared to receive pilgrims during the Hajj season.
