‘Digital Saudi’ Kicks Off with Participation of 40 Government and Private Entities at Digital Government Forum 2025

Riyadh: The 'Digital Saudi' exhibition officially opened yesterday in Riyadh as part of the Digital Government Forum (DGF 2025), featuring the participation of more than forty government and private sector entities. The two-day exhibition showcases the latest national innovations and initiatives in digital transformation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the opening day witnessed the attendance of princes, ministers, chief executives of leading technology companies, and decision-makers, who commended the showcased national innovations and advanced digital platforms that reflect the Kingdom's forward-looking digital vision.

Several new government digital products and platforms were launched, and five memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements were signed between government entities and private sector companies. These partnerships aim to advance digital transformation, encourage the adoption of innovative solutions, enhance user experiences, and improve quality of life.

The exhibition also featured four specialized panel discussions addressing key topics, including the role of the national address in empowering government and private entities and the critical industrial network as a national digital infrastructure for industrial sectors.

The sessions discussed digital identity and digital documents in the Absher platform, highlighting comprehensive digital transformation efforts, and explored pioneering achievements in intellectual property and digital transformation.

Additionally, the General Court of Audit presented the success of the digital factory from need to product, while the Public Investment Fund highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in enabling digital transformation. The Ministry of National Guard also presented its innovation roadmap, showcasing related challenges and solutions.

The opening day concluded with a ceremony honoring licensed and qualified technology companies recognized by the Digital Government Authority for their contributions to advancing digital transformation.

'Digital Saudi' consolidates government entities' efforts to highlight national achievements in the digital transformation journey and to develop government digital services in accordance with international standards and best practices. It enables users to explore and benefit from digital services, enhancing quality of life and reinforcing the Kingdom's global position as an innovative digital hub in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
