‘Digital Mutawwif’ to Guide Pilgrims During Hajj Season 1446 AH

Makkah: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque: has harnessed modern technology to serve pilgrims through several applications designed to assist worshippers and Umrah performers at the Grand Mosque. These applications include the 'Digital Mutawwif,' a guide for the Hajj and Umrah journeys. It features a comprehensive guide to the rituals, audio-visual supplications, digital Tawaf and Sa'i counters, and navigation within the Grand Mosque. According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority emphasized that this application and others are designed to leverage modern technology in serving pilgrims and enhancing the quality of services provided, so they can perform their rituals with comfort and ease, within an integrated system of advanced technology services.
