Riyadh: The Northern Borders Region Digital Innovation Hackathon (ENBTHON) is scheduled to commence tomorrow, under the auspices of the Governor of Northern Borders Region, Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz. The event will take place at the Ministry of Interior Personnel Club in Arar.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event will gather a diverse group of participants, including developers, programmers, data and artificial intelligence specialists, researchers, university students, entrepreneurs, and technology companies. These participants will focus on creating digital solutions in three key areas: service integration and automation, streamlined user journeys, and data and artificial intelligence.
ENBTHON will include activities such as project submissions, final presentations, evaluations, and judging. The culmination of these efforts will be the announcement of the winners. The objective of the event is to generate innovative digital solutions that address real-world challenges in the region. Participants are expected to transform their ideas into prototypes that can be tested and implemented, which will contribute to enhanced services and user experiences.
This initiative is aligned with the region's commitment to leveraging innovation and digital technologies. It aims to empower national talent and support digital transformation, in accordance with the goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
