Riyadh: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to King of Malaysia Sultan Ibrahim on the passing of former Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. In the cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques offered sincere condolences to the King, the family of the deceased, and the Malaysian people, and wished King Sultan Ibrahim constant good health.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the gesture highlights the strong bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques emphasized his deep empathy towards the loss experienced by the Malaysian nation and assured continued support and solidarity during this period of mourning.
