Riyadh: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to King's Representative to the Cook Islands Sir Tom Marsters on his country's Constitution Day.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his wishes for Marsters' continued good health and happiness, as well as steady progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Cook Islands.
