Riyadh: The Ministry of Culture today announced the opening of applications for nonprofit organizations for the Support for Performance Program, from May 11 to June 22, offering eligible organizations the opportunity to apply for six financial support products.
According to Saudi Press Agency, among these products, the ministry has allocated a support product for projects and programs with cultural impact to enhance the excellence of nonprofit organizations and increase their contribution and impact in priority cultural fields, while also boosting financial sustainability. Another product, capacity-building support, provides funding for consultancy services and specialized training programs to enable cultural nonprofit organizations to strengthen their maturity and operational capabilities and contribute to the development of strategic, administrative, financial, and human resource fields.
The program seeks to enhance the excellence of nonprofit organizations to multiply their contribution and impact in cultural fields, expand their coverage across cultural sub-sectors, geographic regions, and stages of the cultural value chain, increase their financial sustainability, and improve their maturity and implementation capabilities.
