Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem lauded the efforts of the Chinese cultural counselor in Cairo Shi Yuewen to boost joint cultural cooperation.
During a ceremony honoring Shi in Cairo on Tuesday, Abdel Dayem thanked him for his fruitful cooperation throughout his term of duty in Egypt.
She pointed out to his role during the coronavirus pandemic which affected the world, asserting the depth of ties between China and Egypt.
