‘Crafts and Handicrafts 2026’ Exhibition Attracts Over 65,000 Visitors in Al-Khobar

Riyadh: The ninth edition of the "Crafts and Handicrafts 2026" exhibition, held over four consecutive days at Dhahran Expo Center in Al-Khobar, attracted more than 65,000 visitors, who explored products showcased by productive families, artisans, and handicraft business owners.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition was organized by Asharqia Chamber and featured around 350 families working in the cottage industry, craftspeople, and supporting organizations. The event aimed to promote self-employment, foster entrepreneurship and private enterprise, strengthen collaboration among associations supporting productive families and artisans, and contribute to preserving local heritage.

The exhibition served as a vital marketing platform for participants, generating revenue for exhibitors and supporting the continuity of their projects. It also enhanced their ability to develop their businesses and secure sustainable sources of income.
