Communications Ministers Explore Digital Infrastructure Partnership to Boost Palestinian Digital Transformation

Riyadh: Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha met with Palestinian Minister of Communications and Digital Economy Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Natsheh and his delegation at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting takes place ahead of the Global Symposium for Regulators 2025 (GSR-25), which will be hosted by the Saudi capital.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions centered on prospects for a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing digital infrastructure. The meeting included leaders from the digital economy, space, and innovation sectors. Both sides explored ways to strengthen cooperation in digital economy fields, which involve developing digital infrastructure, building enablers, and sharing best practices in digital government. Additionally, there was a focus on nurturing digital skills and talents.

This initiative is part of broader efforts to support Palestine in advancing its digital transformation. The goal is to enable a future-oriented economy that contributes to sustainable development and aligns with the aspirations of the youth.
