Riyadh: The General Directorate of Civil Defense is highlighting the latest advancements in emergency response technologies at the Intersec Saudi Arabia 2025. The event is taking place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 29 to October 1.
According to Saudi Press Agency, visitors to the Civil Defense pavilion are being introduced to a range of innovative civil protection technologies. These include the National Early Warning Platform and the "Falcon" drone, which is utilized for firefighting and addressing fires in high-rise areas and locations with hazardous materials. Additionally, another drone is showcased for its capabilities in detecting dangerous substances.
The pavilion also presents a firefighting robot, specifically designed for extinguishing fires in hard-to-reach, high-risk, and high-voltage locations. This technology represents a significant advancement in ensuring safety and efficiency in emergency response situations.
