Riyadh: The General Directorate of Civil Defense, in partnership with several government agencies, is hosting an interactive awareness exhibition in Riyadh from February 4 to 6. The event aims to highlight ways to mitigate weather risks and explore the impact of natural weather patterns on daily life, the economy, and the environment.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition features educational zones that showcase the roles of various authorities in disaster management and preventive safety. These zones are designed to educate the public on the importance of preparedness and effective response strategies in the face of weather-related disasters.
Additionally, the exhibition includes a dedicated children's section. This area offers age-appropriate interactive experiences intended to instill a culture of safety and preparedness in the younger generation. Through engaging activities, children will learn critical safety measures, ensuring they are better equipped to handle potential weather emergencies in the future.
