Jazan: The General Directorate of Civil Defense stated that on Saturday, September 12, 2026, civil defense teams in Al-Tuwal Governorate, Jazan Region, responded to an incident involving a projectile launched by the terrorist Houthi militia, resulting in two injuries and material damage to a mosque, several buildings, and vehicles.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the directorate emphasized that targeting civilian objects constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law. The directorate added that the established procedures for handling such incidents were promptly carried out by the civil defense teams present at the scene.
