Makkah: The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Makkah is persisting with its preventive inspection operations and safety patrols focused on the accommodations and lodging facilities for pilgrims in the central area surrounding the Two Holy Mosques. These operations are being conducted to ensure that all necessary fire safety and protection measures are in place during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to enhance preventive safety measures for Umrah performers and visitors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Civil Defense has confirmed that support and backup centers, along with rapid intervention units and preventive supervision points, remain operational. The agency has emphasized the importance of adhering to safety instructions that have been communicated through various media outlets and social media platforms to ensure the safety and security of all individuals involved.
