Riyadh: Cityscape Global 2025, the world's largest real estate event, is set to host a distinguished lineup of leading international developers at the forefront of sustainability and smart city technologies from November 17 to 20 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the premier real estate event will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program, one of Saudi Vision 2030's key initiatives. The event is organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC.
Cityscape Global is the world's largest real estate event in terms of international participation and investment diversity. This year, it will bring together more than 200 developers from leading regional and global companies to showcase outstanding initiatives - ranging from large-scale residential communities to luxury developments and emerging investment destinations - broadening ownership and real estate investment opportunities within the Kingdom.
Visitors will also benefit from exclusive offers by developers and financing institutions, including preferential pricing and competitive mortgage and financing rates available only during the exhibition period. Through these incentives, Cityscape Global underscores its role as a key driver of real estate investment, an inspiring innovation platform, and a catalyst for regional market growth.
The event will feature a strong international presence of real estate developers, urban planners, and design innovators, further strengthening the Kingdom's position as a global hub for real estate investment and sustainable development, while highlighting Riyadh's leadership in shaping the future of smart cities both regionally and globally.
