Riyadh: A delegation of Chinese officials from the Ministry of Public Security visited the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at the World Defense Show (WDS) 2026 in Riyadh, held from February 8 to 12.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the pavilion showcases advanced technology solutions designed to shape the future of sustainable security, operational readiness, and community service under the theme 'Meqdam.' During the visit, the Chinese officials were briefed on the ministry's integrated operational capabilities and their role in enhancing decision-making, command and control, predictive intelligence, and security management, all aimed at safeguarding all residents of the Kingdom.
The delegation also toured sections of the pavilion showcasing the ministry's shift toward proactive security and its capacity for efficient crisis and emergency management through advanced technological solutions. They were briefed on the role of the Unified Security Operations Centers (911) within the national response system, as well as ongoing efforts to promote innovation and build international partnerships in security fields and smart systems.
