Children’s Pavilion Hosts Engaging Storytelling Corner at Almadinah Book Fair

General

Riyadh: The Story Lab corner at the children's pavilion of Almadinah Book Fair 2025 continues to attract children of various ages as part of the fourth edition of the fair, organized by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission. This corner stimulates creativity through interactive storytelling, allowing children to create short stories based on elements learned from an interactive screen. Participants engage in literary challenges that help them express their ideas and understand story components, culminating in a complete narrative within an engaging environment that combines learning and play.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the activity enhances children's Arabic vocabulary and linguistic skills through a hands-on approach, fostering pride in their mother tongue as a form of creative expression. Story Lab is one of several interactive corners offered this year, reflecting the commission's commitment to fostering a healthy relationship between new generations and literature through modern educational methods that bridge traditional barriers to reading.
