CEO of KFSH Inaugurates Almather Hospital in Riyadh

Riyadh: Group Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH) Dr. Majid Alfayyadh inaugurated today Almather Hospital in Riyadh, expanding the group's care model with a dedicated secondary-care hospital for insured and self-pay patients.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the opening extends KFSH's clinical and operational expertise to a broader patient community through a model designed around high-quality care, easier access and a more connected patient experience. At the same time, KFSH will continue its established role as a referral center for complex cases requiring advanced specialized care, in accordance with approved eligibility criteria.

Chief Executive Officer of Almather Hospital Dr. Sami Alsolamy said the hospital was established to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centered secondary care for adults and children. It provides scheduled and emergency services through a model focused on safety, quality and ease of access.

Located on Takhassusi Street near the intersection with King Saud Road in Riyadh's Almaather district, the hospital provides a range of medical and surgical services, including internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology and orthopedics. Its specialized services include the Qiddiya Sports Medicine Center, a Precision Medicine Clinic, and advanced medical imaging and diagnostics, with care delivered in line with King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre's established clinical standards and protocols.

Almather Hospital's care model is designed to connect the patient journey across prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and follow-up. A digital platform supports this model, using artificial intelligence in areas including appointment scheduling, diagnostic support and patient follow-up to help streamline care and tailor services to individual patient needs.
