Bus Guidance Center: Over 1.4 Million Beneficiaries of Guidance Services during Hajj Season

Makkah: The Bus Guidance Center for Transporting Pilgrims from Abroad provided services to more than 1.4 million pilgrims who arrived in Makkah aboard over 38,000 buses, from Dhu Al-Qidah 1 until Dhu Al-Hijjah 9, as part of its operational and technical plan for the 1446 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Director General of the center Abdullah Sindi noted that the center guided buses transporting pilgrims through trained guides equipped with smart tablets operating on precise geolocation mapping systems. These tools were used to direct the buses from their arrival at the pilgrims' reception center in Al-Nawaria and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station to their accommodations in Makkah. This smart mechanism ensured timely arrivals, supported by an integrated system of services launched early by the center to serve pilgrims.
