Riyadh: Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at), is introducing a groundbreaking initiative under "E-commerce," aimed at developing the logistics services ecosystem and enhancing the efficiency of delivery and transportation-one of the key pillars of digital commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative seeks to connect more than 150 shipping and delivery companies through a unified smart platform that offers integrated logistics solutions, including storage, packaging, express shipping, and order tracking. The platform helps improve the quality of services provided to e-stores and entrepreneurs.
The step aligns with the Kingdom's efforts to cement its position as a regional hub for entrepreneurship and digital commerce by enabling integration among logistics sector stakeholders and advancing technological transformation in operational processes, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 for economic development and digital transformation.
The E-Commerce Door features six specialized zones, including a Supply Chain Zone that serves as a key platform for showcasing the latest logistics solutions for digital commerce. It allows visitors to explore innovative technologies in shipping, delivery, and order management.
The interactive environment provides a valuable opportunity for companies and online stores to expand their operations and improve efficiency by leveraging the unified technological infrastructure and the extensive networks of participating shipping companies.
Through such initiatives, the E-Commerce Door at Biban Forum 2025 reaffirms its position as an integrated platform that supports small and medium enterprises, strengthens partnerships between logistics service providers and digital commerce entrepreneurs, and contributes to the sustainability of supply chains and the competitiveness of the Saudi economy, both locally and globally.
