Cairo: Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujib and his accompanying delegation met here with Egyptian Prosecutor General Mohamed Shawky and Minister of Justice Adnan Al-Fangari.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Shawky stated that the visit reaffirms the strong ties between the two prosecutorial authorities and their ongoing collaboration in the judicial field, particularly in combating emerging and transnational crimes.
Al-Mujib emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and strengthening cooperation in training and judicial governance. He also highlighted the significant support the Public Prosecution receives from Saudi leadership in enhancing judicial efficiency and preserving its independence.
Al-Mujib expressed his optimism that the meeting would further advance judicial and legal cooperation between the two countries in ways that serve their mutual interests.
