ASE Closes with Modest Gains

Amman: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Monday's trading up 0.14 percent, at 2,406 points. The day's trading saw about 3.6 million shares changing hands in a turnover of about JD3.3 million through 2,129 transactions. Thirty-one companies on the ASE index saw an increase, 20 dropped and 39 remained unchanged. Source: Jordan News Agency
