The Jordan Armed Forces successfully intercepted two drone-based attempts to smuggle narcotics along the country's western front on Sunday, according to a responsible military source. The thwarted attempts occurred within the Southern Military Zone, where surveillance systems detected the drones carrying illegal substances. In response to the incursion, the rules of engagement were swiftly enforced, leading to the downing of the drones inside Jordanian territory.
