Arabian Gulf Cup 27 Media Committee Convenes to Finalize Tournament Preparations

Riyadh: The Media Committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup 27 (Khaleeji 27) held its second meeting via videoconference to discuss the latest preparations for the tournament, which will be hosted for the first time in Jeddah from September 23 to October 6. Eight Gulf national teams will compete in 15 matches at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting covered the latest developments in the tournament's media operations, along with related agenda items, media plans, and programs. A workshop for media coordinators from participating teams will be held in September, along with three workshops for local media committee staff covering media operations, press conference management, and photography.

The meeting also reviewed a report on the latest developments in the tournament's media operations and work completed during the previous period, discussed next steps, and took several related decisions to enhance the readiness of the tournament's media operations.

The media committee expressed its sincere gratitude to the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), the tournament's local organizing committee, and the local media committee for their continued efforts to prepare for the tournament and ensure its successful delivery across all aspects of media operations.
