The General Secretariat of the Arab Parliament announced today that the parliament will hold its procedural session next Saturday, marking the start of the first session of the fourth legislative term. The session will include the election of the president of the Arab Parliament, deputy presidents, and heads and deputies of the permanent committees. The meeting will take place at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, the General Secretariat of the Arab Parliament said that the newly formed parliament is scheduled to hold its first session on October 27, to discuss developments in the region and review reports of the permanent committees.
