Riyadh: The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States has issued a strong condemnation of the Houthi militia's continued attacks on civilian and economic sites across several cities in Saudi Arabia. These attacks have resulted in civilian injuries and have targeted commercial vessels in the Red Sea, posing threats to international maritime navigation.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Nabil Fahmy, the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, stated that these actions pose an unacceptable threat to the security of Saudi Arabia, as well as the safety of its citizens and residents. Fahmy emphasized the Arab League's unwavering solidarity with Saudi Arabia and expressed full support for the kingdom in addressing threats to its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Fahmy further asserted that Saudi Arabia's security is a cornerstone of Arab national security. He highlighted the importance of the Gulf Arab states' security and stability as integral to the overall security and stability of the Arab region.
