Cairo: The annual forum for training and administrative development officials in the Arab world, titled 'Innovation Strategies in Training and Administrative Development: Challenges and Opportunities in the Digital Age,' organized by the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), opened in Cairo with experts and specialists from government training, administrative development, and human resources departments across the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in his opening remarks, ARADO Director General Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani noted that the forum serves as a high-level professional platform bringing together senior managers and officials responsible for training and administrative development in the public sector. He emphasized the growing importance of institutional training and the need to leverage artificial intelligence and advanced technologies to enhance learning, training, and human resource capacity building.
Over the course of two days, the forum will address several key themes, including digital transformation and institutional training, the strategic and operational dimensions of smart learning management systems, and the use of artificial intelligence to personalize training content.
