Riyadh: The third day of the Elite event, organized by the Restaurant and Caf© Owners Association in AlUla Governorate, concluded with a distinguished attendance of more than 80 leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors. Sessions focused on global marketing strategies and enhancing the role of elite clubs in developing the hospitality sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, participants proposed several initiatives aimed at supporting Saudi brands and enhancing their presence in international markets. The most notable proposal was the launch of a national initiative to market Saudi brands globally through a unified strategy. This strategy would enable hospitality, caf©, and restaurant brands to enter international markets under a distinct Saudi identity.
Other key proposals included the establishment of a Saudi model for elite clubs. This new platform would unite distinguished brand owners and leaders, serving as a hub for development, investment, and knowledge transfer, thereby strengthening integration between the public and private sectors.
Participants also proposed the launch of the Elite Report, an annual platform to document Saudi success stories in marketing, hospitality, and caf©s, highlighting pioneering experiences that reflect the new Saudi identity and the Kingdom’s presence in international forums.
The association’s figures underscore the immense size and influence of the sector it represents. With a membership exceeding 4,000, it covers 8,000 brands and 18,000 branches across the Kingdom, employing over 100,000 people. Furthermore, the annual revenues for the association’s members are estimated at SAR15 billion, contributing to a total sector revenue that surpasses SAR80 billion across more than 100,000 commercial records.
