Al-Namas Summer Season Attracts over 600,000 Visitors

Al-namas: The summer events in Al-Namas during the past two months have attracted over 600,000 visitors, averaging about 10,000 visitors per day. This impressive turnout reflects the growing status of the governorate as a prominent tourist destination in Aseer Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Mayor of Al-Namas, Eng. Khalid bin Magdi Al-Wadei, stated that this year's summer events, which concluded last weekend, included a total of 34 activities: eight at investment sites and 26 organized by the municipality. These events spanned 60 days across seven major locations, covering a total area of 70,000 square meters, and contributed to a diverse range of activities and increased community involvement.

The events included sports competitions, folklore performances, photography exhibitions, as well as a sculpture symposium and a farmers' market.
