According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Faisal emphasized that the care provided to pilgrims from their arrival in the region until they continue their journey to the holy sites is in line with the directives of the wise leadership. The aim is to serve the pilgrims and utilize all available resources to ensure their comfort. He noted that the services, which include reception, hospitality, health care, and guidance, play a crucial role in facilitating the pilgrims' journey to the Grand Mosque.
