It provides a range of interactive services, including guidance, information about locations and services, religious content, and real-time translation in several languages. These services facilitate access to religious information and enhance communication with Umrah performers. They also help accommodate the growing numbers of visitors to the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque during the Umrah season. These services are part of the presidency's efforts to develop the digital religious services ecosystem at the Two Holy Mosques.
