Makkah: The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has enhanced its digital services for Umrah performers during the Umrah season. It has deployed artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and digital solutions to provide awareness and guidance services, helping facilitate access to information and services in multiple languages. According to Saudi Press Agency, the smart robot is one of the technological solutions deployed by the presidency to serve visitors to the Two Holy Mosques. It provides a range of interactive services, including guidance, information about locations and services, religious content, and real-time translation in several languages. These services facilitate access to religious information and enhance communication with Umrah performers. They also help accommodate the growing numbers of visitors to the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque during the Umrah season. These services are part of the presidency's efforts to develop the digital religious services ecosystem at the Two Holy Mosques.
