Agricultural Development Fund Participates in Inaugural BIOFACH Saudi Arabia.

RIYADH: The Agricultural Development Fund is set to participate in the Saudi International Exhibition for Organic Agriculture and Organic Products, known as "BIOFACH SAUDI ARABIA," which will be held from November 11 to 13. This event marks the first exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa dedicated to organic agriculture. According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition aims to highlight the role of stakeholders in promoting organic agriculture and increasing awareness about the benefits of organic farming and sustainable living. It will serve as a platform for both local and international producers and experts in the field of organic agriculture to connect and share their expertise. In a press statement, Habib bin Abdullah Al-Shammari, spokesperson for the Agricultural Development Fund, announced that the fund will feature a pavilion showcasing organic agriculture products and activities that it has financed. The fund's support focuses on both greenhouse and open organic farming, including areas suc h as fertilizers, seeds, vegetative propagation materials, and soil enhancers. BIOFACH SAUDI ARABIA aims to facilitate knowledge exchange and discussions on issues vital to the organic farming community. It will serve as a significant platform for agricultural development and the promotion of sustainable farming practices.
